Boo to you!

What started out as a nice walk around Balboa Island with my
sweet friend Debi Ward-Kennedy  turned nothing short of creepy!

Really, we're here for lunch, that's it! (what is that on the bench watching us?)

Ive got the creeps, something isn't quite right!
So we left!
~
And then I came back to explore a bit more, in the D.A.R.K.
I shouldn't have, I knew better!
The monsters were out....

I was invited to stay for a drink...I'll pass...
I think it's past my bedtime...
So I high-tailed it outta there and
hid under the covers!

Happy "BOO" to You!

Well hello and BOO to you! Hope you are enjoying Fall. This is about as Halloween as I get! My kids get spooked pretty easy and honestly I just cant stand all the gore. Watching the news is bad enough. Free candy? Well thats a different story.
I know you saw this Mr. Crow last year but I miss him. I cant figure out where I put him last year, so here he is again. He was such fun to make.

I was tagged by the lovely "Frenchy" of  Le Chateau des Fleurs and am so honored that she would think of me. If you havent seen her blog before you should run right over. This girl is the cutest thing ever and has a party with her kids for anything you can imagine. Last Easter she had ducks in her bathtub! I just love her and am so inspired by how she makes everyday an event. She makes me want to be a better mom.

Happy Friday to all of you. Have a fun & safe weekend.

Old window, New window

Do you recognise me? I had a little makeover!

Here is my "before" picture......what do you think of the new me?
Pretty nifty, huh? Old window, New windowbox!

Something to crow about! I embelished these little guys. I've never done anything like this before and it was a lot of fun.

I think he needs a name. Oh, I have to shoo my cat away.....Tigger doesn't know what the fuss is about.

And here's the white pumpkins I was working on.

They are glittered too but the camera isn't picking it up. phooey.

This is the front display of my booth at the Sugar Plum Festival. It was a long day setting up but it came out really cute and I didn't get too soaked loading and unloading my car. The rain makes it feel a little more like Fall since the weather has been hot & cold and can't seem to make up its mind. I heard its going to be 80* this weekend....not exactly pie baking weather. Hope you all have a great day.
