I love the Fall and the changes it brings; cooler days, deep orange leaves and pumpkin pie. But it is also a hard time for many as September had such a tragedy. Yesterday I watched several programs about 9/11 and it made me stop to think about all that I have to be grateful for.

So loved reading about your MR. P drama. Love that you named it MR. instead of MS. This has got to be something a man dreamed up. I have been on the ride for several years, (I think...you know how time flies when you're having fun!) I have tried to track the H.F. to what I eat because they come and go. I can deal with the H.F. but what has thrown me for a loop is the mood swings. But it does help once you identify them. Then when you feel crazy you know you real aren't ;-) this too will pass...I think ;-/ You have hit on the RIGHT THING, talking, sharing, and yes, laughing about it. This could become like one of those weekly memes. You know...HOT FLASH ALLEY!
