Happy "BOO" to You!

Well hello and BOO to you! Hope you are enjoying Fall. This is about as Halloween as I get! My kids get spooked pretty easy and honestly I just cant stand all the gore. Watching the news is bad enough. Free candy? Well thats a different story.
I know you saw this Mr. Crow last year but I miss him. I cant figure out where I put him last year, so here he is again. He was such fun to make.

I was tagged by the lovely "Frenchy" of  Le Chateau des Fleurs and am so honored that she would think of me. If you havent seen her blog before you should run right over. This girl is the cutest thing ever and has a party with her kids for anything you can imagine. Last Easter she had ducks in her bathtub! I just love her and am so inspired by how she makes everyday an event. She makes me want to be a better mom.

Happy Friday to all of you. Have a fun & safe weekend.

Happy Halloween! No trick or treating for us this year. Boys get scared too plus only Trey will put on his costume. Brock wants nothing to do with it! I'm sure this will be the only year I'll be able to get away with it!

C-ya soon! A

I'm sorry you've lost your cute little crow! Rabbit trail ahead... Our family watched a PBS special on crows the other night. Did you know they are more intelligent than most animals, including chimps? Who knew? It really was quite amazing. Okay, sorry for that digression but I just couldn't help myself.

We're not big into Halloween here. I go more for the autumn theme, although we do have a couple cute things I put out.

It's cooling off here in WI. The other day it was snowing to beat the band when I got up. I was so surprised to see the white stuff again.

Have a wonderful day, a wonderful weekend! :)

Your crow is darling. I hope you find him in time for next year! I misplace things all the time, think I've found a great place but then can't remember where it was so I can relate to your crow dilemma! Don't like the gore here either for Halloween, that's why we tune into old movies or walk the town looking for decorated houses.

Have fun and thanks for the link.

I am not into Halloween, either. It's the gore, and the delighting in evil that turns me way off. Ah well, such is the world we live in. I love the autumn season, with its gloriuos colors and the feeling of harvesting from the summer past and anticipation and preparation for a long cold dark winter ahead. No snow here yet, but there is quite a raw chill in the air, and that makes the indoors all the more cozy!
