Porch & Table Party

Welcome to the Porch & Table Party hosted by Common Ground!
My husband made this hall tree; it's the cat's favorite place to nap.
She wasn't very happy about my decorating ideas!
This is my old bucket I painted  "Bonjour" on and cut a hole in a garage sale stool to fit it in!

Pumpkin, pumkin whose got the pumpkin?
We do! We were good can we have a biscuit?

How about a song instead?

"Well, it's a marvelous night for a Moondance
With the stars up above in your eyes
A fantabulous night to make romance
'Neath the cover of October skies
And all the leaves on the trees are falling
To the sound of the breezes that blow
And I'm trying to please to the calling
Of your heart-strings that play soft and low
And all the night's magic seems to whisper and hush
And all the soft moonlight seems to shine in your blush."

-  Van Morrison, Moondance
I will be at Paris in a Cup tonight for their annual fundraiser to
support "Team Think Pink".
I would love to see you!

Oh, loooovely! so welcoming! You have such a creative touch for setting a peacefulm welcoming space.
I'm getting back into the bloggy world, and have found that you have left me sweet comments, and e-mails, and regrettably, I responded only with silence. (wince) Forgive me? I'm back, after recovering from the major life change of sending my firstborn off to college. (Did I just say that? It still sounds so strange.....)
So anyway, greetings again, from just about the farthest point away in these beautiful United States!
