Christmas in July or Where did the Time Go?

Well hello there and happy summer to you! I cant believe I have been absent so long and as usual I am feeling guilty for not visiting all of you more. It seems that I don't have any free time this summer.
Nope, no lemonade & watermelon days here.
It has been nothing short of hectic. I have a bit of news to share with you.
I received the call about 6 weeks ago that Country Business Magazine wanted to feature my line! I just couldn't believe it. Hence the "Christmas in July"! Yep its quite a gift and I am so grateful to Susan Wagner and Nola Boyd for the opportunity to be seen at all the markets this summer. And how funny that the July issue is a Christmas issue. Bring on the snow!
That's me, the Red & Cream pillows!
For those of you that have retail businesses, this magazine is an insider's guide to whats going on in the gift industry. They cover buying trends, how to promote your store, manage inventory, display ideas and so much more.
I hope all of you are having a great summer and oh yeah, we are half way to the holidays again! I know you crafters are already preparing!

Your comment made me laugh out loud! I, too, am having a Shrek kinda day over here...messy rooms with clothes everywhere (and then to "clean" they just plop all the clean, folded clothes on their dressers into the dirty laundry!)...summer reading not yet finished...ARGHHHHHHH! Deep breathing, we need! And love -- yep...let's kill 'em with kindness! (calgon take me away} PS -- we've been to AK and come home :)
