Playing in my Studio

It's a rainy day here in "sunny So. Cal" so I thought I try something
completely different than Ive ever done...

 Peony with robin's egg blue
I just love making rosettes, perhaps because its new to me and I can whip up a bunch in no time at all. I always thought they would be hard to make.
I bet you already knew how easy peasy they are?

Seriously easy! If you havent done it, once you try it you'll be hooked.

A little bit of embellishment on the waistband.

A fun flouncy ruffle!

What are you making today?

XO~

What a sweet apron, and no, I do not know how easy-peasey rosettes are to make. I'll just have to take your word for it. ;)

We are working around here, trying to get the house and yard cleaned up for my daughter's graduation party on Sunday. There's still a lot to be done!

I'd better get back at it, but it's fun to take a short break and read your lovely blog! Now, on to plant my sunrise sunset pink roses...

Love, LOVE this adorable apron. It just says "beautiful" all over it. The color combination is gorgeous.

I would love for you to do a rose tutorial. I did not know they were easy either, and I have so wanted to make some. Pleeezzzz share.

A beautiful work of art sweet friend. Have a beautiful rest of the week. Many hugs and much love, Sherry
